1.恢复室温的鸡蛋黄放入一个无油无水的盆里。

4.直到打发到提起打蛋器能画出8字保持10秒不消失即可,然后低速整理蛋黄糊气泡,使蛋黄糊更细腻浓稠。

5.分三次筛入低筋面粉,每筛入一次面粉都要翻拌均匀以后再筛入下一次。

6.最后翻拌到无干粉的状态即可,不要过度拌,以免面糊起筋。

7.裱花袋装五齿花嘴,面糊倒入裱花袋中,垂直挤出花型。

8.烤箱150度预热,热风循环烤15分钟,直到表面呈金黄色即可出炉,放凉后取下。

小窍门&温馨提示
注意??第一,蛋黄一定要放置室温,冰箱冷藏要事先拿出来回温,不要直接打发,温度低的蛋黄很难打发的。第二,翻拌面糊千万不要过度,没有干粉就要收手,不要追求面糊光滑细腻,没法拌到光滑的,挤完花自然就流平了。
